Shipping and Returns
We are committed to delivering the finest quality caviar to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure food safety and quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Perishable Product
All caviar and perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email our customer services department at [email protected] for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or compromised in transit.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is spoiled or does not meet quality standards (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
To request a refund or replacement, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A description of the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship and deliver our products using a range of courier and shipping partners, ensuring it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
We try our very best to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Any orders placed after this time or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped within one working day.
Orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours from the time of shipment.
Shipping Responsibilities
While we ensure all orders are packed with temperature-controlled materials and shipped via expedited services, Cut Caviar is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages left outside or unattended after delivery.
Amending Orders
We will always do our best to amend orders after purchase has taken place. Please get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to amend it.
Customs
We ship orders from Europe. We cannot guarantee that customers will not receive any additional import/customs fees. If you are concerned, please contact [email protected] before your purchase, and we will do our best to advise.
Order Tracking
If you have purchased tracked shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your package has shipped.
Shipping Duration
