This exclusive farm was handpicked after an extensive search for the finest aquaculture gem in Asia. The farm is situated in a pristine mountainous region, surrounded by natural beauty. It boasts two unique water systems: the first is a flowing river system fed by crystal-clear glacial meltwater, maintaining a stable temperature year-round. The water exchange rate reaches an impressive 1500 liters per second, ensuring the fish are always in fresh, oxygen-rich water. This optimal environment supports the healthy growth and maturity of sturgeons, producing some of the world's most exquisite caviar.

Our caviar is truly extraordinary, with pearl diameters ranging from 2.8 to 3.4 mm. Its color palette is equally captivating, featuring shades from deep emerald green to golden brown, with hints of silvery charcoal. The texture and flavor capture the perfect balance of nature's purity and artisanal care.
